Message types
Where you opt in, Isaiah Webb may send text messages, which fall into two categories:
- Non-marketing messages — appointment confirmations, reminders, and responses to your requested assistance.
- Marketing messages — messages about life insurance services and coverage options. Marketing messages are sent only if you separately opt in to them.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your requests and the messages you opt in to receive. You may receive multiple messages around an appointment or an active inquiry.
